The
60 minute telephone conference class was held December 10, 2004. If you
missed this class, you can order the audio presentation below. The goal of
the class was to help CHA members avoid the cost and even the embarrassment of false
starts caused by misunderstanding some of the details of the On Board program.
The class explained what being On Board involves in non-technical, easy to understand terms. It tells how to use the CHA web site to get the level of detail necessary. Rick Bushnell, CHA technology consultant, presented the information and members of the Standards Committee were on the call.
