Order entry
people need information that will facilitate 100% accurate
item selection. They rely on item and catalog information
provided to customers during the selection and buying
process. They may find new applications of the QR code and
the use of U.P.C. and the expanded world with product
identification methods using the Global Trade Item Number (GTIN).
They need to know the standards that deal with transactions
(like the EAN/U.P.C. GTIN and MAC) as well as content (like
field names).
